Cooley Pediatric Clamp delicate clamp, jaws calibrated at 5.0 mm intervals, 5-1/2" (14.0 cm) Cooley Pediatric Clamp is ideally suited for clamping in cardiothoracic surgical procedures with pediatric patients. This clamp features jaws that are calibrated at 5.0 mm intervals but are still delicate enough for use in pediatric surgeries. This instrument is designed to keep a firm hold on the vessels that are being occluded but delicate enough not to bruise or tear the vessels thus reducing the amount of damage done to the patient. This clamp is available in a number of different styles that include straight or angled shanks and straight, satinsky, angled, or spoon-shaped jaws making this instrument highly versatile and useful in the operating room.

Cooley Renal Artery Clamp Cooley Renal Artery clamp is ideally suited for use in cardiothoracic surgeries. The slightly curved shanks and angled jaws make this clamp perfect for its ideal use which is as a renal clamp to fully or partially cause occlusion of the renal vessels. These jaws are atraumatic thus reducing injury and stress to the vessel walls while still remaining firmly in their affixed location. This instrument is available in three sizes: 7.25", 7.5" and 10.75" to accommodate a number of different surgical approaches and surgeon preferences.

This clamp can be used to clamp vessels to reduce or stop blood flow to prevent the patient from losing an excessive amount of blood. The jaws allow for firm grasp of the vessels but with reduced risk of crushing or bruising to the vessel wall. Additionally, this clamp features curved shanks and jaws giving them a contour more suitable for use in vascular surgical procedures. This instrument is designed with two inch curved jaws that allow for stable closure of vessel while maintaining gentle enough pressure on the vessel wall to prevent damage or tearing. Additionally, this clamp features a ratcheting mechanisms to keep the clamp locked in place during surgery.
