Jacobson Endarterectomy Spatula features a semi-sharp blade making it useful in procedures such as cardiothoracic surgeries. This spatula is designed with a long handle from which a long tapering blade piece extends. Although this is a multi-use instrument it is ideally used for procedures in which it is necessary to remove atherosclerotic plaque and also portions of the vessels that could also be diseases.
